  • Please indicate in the Cover Page the theme for which paper is submitted. Depending on the number of submissions, the organizers reserve the right to move an accepted paper to a different track or to a special session.

Manuscript Preparation

  • The manuscript must be typed, single-spaced (including indented material, notes, and references). All headings including title should 12 point in New Times Roman while text should be 10 point New Times Roman. Margins must be of 1 inch.
  • The paper should be within 10 pages in length.
  • Follow this order when typing manuscripts: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Abstract, Keywords, Main text, Acknowledgements (If Any), Appendix (If Any) and References.
  • The abstract to be within limit of 150 words. There should be three to five keywords describing the main topics of the paper. The corresponding author should be identified with an asterisk and name, email, telephone and fax numbers should be given in footnote on the first page.
  • Ensure that the letter 'I' and digit '1', and also the letter 'O' and digit '0' are used properly, and format your article (tabs, indents, etc.) consistently.
  • All photographs, charts and diagrams are to be referred to as "Figure(s)" and should be numbered (in Arabic numerals) consecutively in the order to which they are referred. Tables should be numbered consecutively in the text in Arabic numerals.
  • Present all publications cited in the text in a list of references following the text of the manuscript. In the text refer to the author's name (without initials) and year of publication, e.g. "Since Cullen (2000) has shown that..." or " Though there are many emerging programs and initiatives on e-government throughout the world in all levels of government (McClure, 2000)". For 2-6 authors all authors are to be listed at first citation, with "&" separating the last two authors; for more than six authors, use the first six authors followed by et al. In subsequent citations for three or more authors use et al. in the text. The list of references should be arranged alphabetically by authors' names. Works by the same author should be listed in order of publication. The manuscript should be carefully checked to ensure that the spelling of authors' names and dates are exactly the same in the text as in the reference list.
